POSITIONS LOCATION
MANAGER The Location
Manager is responsible for an individual restaurant.
They are accountable for the overall operations of his/her unit, including
achievement of daily, weekly and monthly goals. The
Location Manager reports to the General Manager or the President. The Location
Manager is a hands-on position, and is expected to work a 45 50 hour
per weekly schedule. ESSENTIAL DUTIES 1
Has the ability to perform any or all of the essential
duties required of Crew Members, Shift Leader, Shift Supervisor and Assistant Manager. 2
Overall responsibility for product quality and
adherence to proper operating procedures in the Location. 3
Overall responsibility for customer service and
relations. 4
Assure that all opening and/or closing procedures are
performed, including all daily, scheduled, and periodic maintenance and cleaning
procedures. 5
Overall responsibility for all store funds. Responsible for access to safe and petty cash. 6
Responsible for physical inventory, including tracking,
ordering, check in, and storage of foodstuffs and supplies. 7
Comply with and enforce all CenterTwist and Auntie Annes
standards, policies and procedures, including relevant federal and state regulations, i.e.
safety and environmental standards, WISHA, L&I, Right-to-know, EEO, ADA, etc. 8
Perform, and ensure that crew and leaders perform, all
of the essential duties in a safe and effective manner, consistent with the prescribed
method and guidelines established by the company and Auntie Annes. 9
Implements
marketing plans, including handling of materials, motivation of crew and execution of
outreach programs. 10
Overall responsibility for the maintenance and repair
of physical assets of the location, including equipment, fixtures, and janitorial needs. 11
Overall responsibility for all unit level staff
including: scheduling, recruiting, interviewing & hiring, all crew performance
appraisals, wage administration, terminations and exit interviews, set-up and maintenance
of files. 12
Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting requirements,
including: accurate and timely completing of reporting requirements, ensuring proper cash
handling and banking procedures are followed. 13
Other duties as may be assigned.
The Assistant
assists in the overall operation of their location, including achievement of daily, weekly
and monthly unit goals, and is responsible for all aspects of the operation in the absence
of the Location Manager. They report to the
Location Manager. Primarily responsible for
new employee training and ensuring that all new employees are trained and developed using
Auntie Annes and CenterTwist policies and procedures. The Assistant
Manager is a hands-on position, and is expected to work a 45 50 hour
per week schedule. ESSENTIAL DUTIES 1
Has the ability to perform any or all of the essential
duties required of Crew Members, Shift Leaders, and Shift Supervisors. 2
Directs and coordinates the activities of Crew Members,
coordinates breaks. 3
Monitor for product quality and adherence to proper
operating procedures; correct as needed. 4
Monitor customer service and relations; correct as
needed. 5
Address, respond to, and resolve customer needs,
questions, complaints, etc. as required. 6
In the event of call-offs, no shows, etc. contact and
secure replacements. 7
Assure that all opening and/or closing procedures are
performed, including all daily, scheduled, and periodic maintenance and cleaning
procedures. 8
Responsible for all store funds when in charge of
store. Access to safe to issue and replace
shift drawers and for change. Access to petty
cash for minor supplies when needed. 9
Run register reports, complete daily store report and
daily cash reconciliation, and prepare bank deposits.
If directed by Manager, complete weekly store report, make bank deposit,
and/or purchase change. 10
Program register for price and marketing changes. 11
Receive, check in, and supervise storage of foodstuffs
and supplies. 12
As directed by Manager, evaluate supply needs, prepare
and place orders with vendors. 13
Assist in the tracking of physical inventory. 14
Has the authority to interview, hire, document specific
behavior (positive and negative), and terminate employees.
Training all such employees. 15
Recruit employees, evaluate performance, advancement
potential and pay rates of Crew Members, with input from Location Manager.. 16
As directed by
manager, Implements marketing plans, including handling of materials, motivation of crew
and execution of outreach programs. 17
Can operate, maintain, and authorize repair on store
equipment. 18
Comply with all CenterTwist Inc. and Auntie Annes
standards, policies and procedures, including relevant federal and state regulations, i.e.
safety and environmental standards, OSHA, EPA, Right-to-know, EEO, ADA, etc 19
Perform all of the essential duties in a safe and
effective manner, consistent with the prescribed method and guidelines established by the
company and its franchisers. 20
Perform other duties as assigned. The Shift
Supervisor assists in the overall operation of their location, including achievement of
daily, weekly and monthly unit goals, and is responsible for all aspects of the operation
in the absence of the Location Manager and Assistant Manager. They report to the Location Manager. The Shift Supervisor is a full time, generally available for 30-45 hours per week. Shift supervisors may have limited restrictions on their availability. ESSENTIAL DUTIES 1

As requested, evaluate performance of Crew Members;
make recommendations to Manager regarding pay increases, disciplinary action, advancement,
etc. Document specific (negative and
positive) behaviors that should be reinforced. 16
Comply with all CenterTwist Inc. and Auntie Annes
standards, policies and procedures, including relevant federal and state regulations, i.e.
safety and environmental standards, OSHA, EPA, Right-to-know, EEO, ADA, etc 17
Perform all of the essential duties in a safe and
effective manner, consistent with the prescribed method and guidelines established by the
company and its franchisers. 18
Perform other duties as assigned.
The Shift Leader
functions as the person in charge of the store in the absence of, or as directed by, the
Location Manager, Assistant Manager or Shift Supervisor, for the duration of the assigned
shift. The Shift Leader can be a full or part time position, and is typically scheduled approximately 20-40 hours per week. ESSENTIAL DUTIES 1

perform tasks required for the preparation and presentation of Companys products to
its customers, and for the maintenance of the store premises and equipment, in accordance
with CenterTwist inc. and Auntie Annes operating standards, procedures, and
policies. ESSENTIAL DUTIES Depending upon shift and station assignment,
may be required to: 1 Prepare various food products. 2 Bake and/or otherwise cook food products according to standard procedures. 3 Prepare drinks. 4 Bag orders. 5 At all times exhibit a friendly, courteous attitude towards customers and co-workers. 6 Greet customers with a smile, take and call-out orders, suggestive sell, operate the cash register and make change in an accurate manner, and otherwise serve customers. 7 Serve samples to customers. 8 Set
up equipment, utensils, and supplies for opening; replenish as needed. 9 Breakdown, clean, and put away equipment, utensils, and supplies at closing. 10 Perform cleaning and maintenance procedures as directed by person in charge of shift. 11 Comply at all times with company dress code and
personal appearance standards. 12 Comply with all company and franchiser standards, policies and procedures, including relevant state and federal regulations , i.e. safety and environmental standards, OSHA, EPA, Right-to-know, EEO, ADA, etc. 13 Perform all of the essential duties of this position in a safe and effective manner, consistent with the prescribed method and guidelines established by the company and the franchiser. 14 Perform other duties as directed by the Location Manager, Assistant Manager, Shift Supervisor, or
